         Los Angeles, CA. – For the first time, Paul
        Rodgers and BAD COMPANY, one of rock’s greatest super-groups, are
        releasing a live companion CD, DVD and VHS, “In Concert --
        Merchants of Cool.”  Both
        feature music from concerts recorded live earlier this year in Denver,
        Colorado and Anaheim, California with original band members songwriter/
        acclaimed vocalist Paul Rodgers and drummer Simon Kirke, along with Dave
        Colwell (guitar) and Jaz Lochrie (bass). 
        There are also special guest performances on the DVD and VHS by
        Slash (Guns n Roses) and Neal Schon (Journey). 
        The simultaneous international release of the live companion CD
        and DVD is scheduled for May 21 on Sanctuary Records. Two new studio songs, “Joe Fabulous” and
        “Saving Grace,” are included on the CD and a studio version of
        “Joe Fabulous” appears on the DVD. 
        In addition, the “In Concert – Merchants of Cool”
        DVD features exclusive behind the scenes footage, live performances and
        interviews.  Mick Jones
        (Foreigner), Tommy Shaw (Styx), Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple), Howard Leese
        (Heart) and others are included in special segments on the DVD. 
        Among the classic hits on the companion CD, DVD and VHS are Bad
        Company’s “Feel Like Makin’ Love,” “Can’t Get Enough,”
        “Rock and Roll Fantasy,” and others. Known for their signature brand of British rock, for gold and platinum albums, worldwide sold-out concert tours and many chart-topping anthems, the group will embark on a worldwide concert tour this summer, with U.S. dates sponsored by DirecTV and VH1 Classic.
